Riverside Heating & Air is amazing! They are super reliable! I am pretty sure we had the whole crew - Dylan, Gavin, Mike, Matt, Anderson, & Justin come out to both replace & service units. They have proven to go above and beyond, always on time, and great communication! My husband & I highly recommend them!

Reviewing after 5 months, Riverside was great! Competitive price, 3rd party duct cleaning, Texstar unit to replace downstairs unit in crawlspace. The lead Matthew even had pointers on improving crawlspace moisture barrier and control. They also do our maintenance. Definitely recommend.

The original technician that came out diagnosed our problem and unfortunately we needed a whole new system. Even though we needed a new system the staff at Riverside Heating and Air Conditioning were very helpful and offered us different financing options to make sure we had the best option for us. The installation team arrived on time and did a great job removing the old unit, installing the new unit and cleaning up behind themselves. Everyone we dealt with from the beginning until the end was very friendly and helpful. If you find yourself needing your heating and air conditioning unit serviced or replaced I would highly recommend them.

Our very old (25 year old) upstairs air conditioner had been sustained by Riverside well beyond its expected life, but it finally gave up the ghost. Riverside gave us an excellent deal on a 17 seer replacement, and had the install scheduled in two days. The polite, professional crew, ably led by Matthew, arrived on schedule, and completed the outdoor/attic work unobtrusively, and left no mess. Of note, when energized, the outdoor unit was malfunctioning. They did some troubleshooting and determined the unit was faulty. They were out first thing the following morning with another brand new replacement. Matthew left his number and a guarantee of personal service. We could not ask for more than that. Trust Riverside to take excellent care of your air conditioning needs!

We really appreciate the work that was done to install our new Heat pump. They were able to come right away and do an estimate. The installation was also very prompt. We would definitely recommend them.

I want to take the the time out to say Thank you to Riverside heating and air. They are friendly as well as professional. The receptionist who takes the call is curtesy and polite. I want to thank Michael for his service on today. He called me to make sure that I knew he was on the way and he listened to my concerns and afterwards he explained the process of what he done and made me feel safe that there were no problems with the unit at that time and its functioning properly.

After a brand-new HVAC unit was installed by another company in September 2025 it never worked properly. Despite repeatedly raising concerns, the issues were not fully investigated or resolved. Riverside Heating and Air stepped in, truly listened, took my concerns seriously and continually followed through until the issue was resolved. Which was replacing the faulty unit with a new unit today. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing things right are exactly what set them apart. I highly recommend Riverside Heating and Air for their excellent communication, integrity, and professionalism throughout the entire process.

Replaced a 35 year old a/c and furnace system. Also upgrading from an 2.5 ton to an 3 ton unit. I actually called Riverside at 17:00 on a Friday and was pleasantly responded from the owner of the company. Pricing was fair, and the process was seamless. Matt, Dylan, Anderson were professional, courteous and efficient. Riverside will be my choice and recommendations to others.

Our furnace died on a cold night and they were the first ones to come out to evaluate, after calling multiple businesses. Very quick communication, professional, and helpful and kind. The owner David Bragg was phenomenal with quick and clear communication, and was willing to work with me on timing and price. Very grateful!
