David and his crew installed an air-conditioning/heating unit for me. They did an exceptional job. Very nice, friendly, and professional. Easy to work with.

Owen was very prompt, explained what he was doing, and fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend Riverside and will personally request Owen if/when I need assistance with my A/C again.

Gavin came out after hours on a Friday evening. He and his coworker gave me a temporary solution to get through the weekend and not have a 90 degree temperature in my home. They ordered the necessary part and will install it ASAP. Thank you so much..

Matt, Gavin and Owen were very professional.

Riverside was our second opinion, and we should have called them first. They not only diagnosed the problem, but had our unit up and running within 30 minutes. The first company we called did not even try to fix the unit. Instead told us we would have to replace it, because the coolant and parts were unavailable. We are so thankful that Justin was honest and efficient. Riverside will be our only go to AC company from here on out.

Outstanding service, earliest response time compared to all the other places I called. Justin, my technician was very thorough and fast, fixed my AC in under 20 minutes. The best part is he explained his process to me so I understood the issue to its core, amazing help. Highly recommend!

I had a great and happy experience with Riverside Heating & Air Conditioning! They helped me replace two AC units—one for downstairs in March and another for upstairs in April. From start to finish, they were honest( I think it is very important), professional, and thoughtful in every aspect of the job. Most importantly, their pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies I contacted. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and could answer all my questions. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.

Once again, I was very impressed with Michael Williams outstanding service and quick response time. When my downstairs AC system started acting up, He arrived promptly, quickly identified the issue, and had it fixed in no time. His professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail continue to exceed my expectations. It's such a relief knowing I can count on them when something goes wrong. Highly recommend!

Riverside came to my parents house in Appling yesterday. They were prompt, friendly, and.... HONEST!!!! The issue was identified and they were honest about the fix.
