I've had AC problems for a week. Had another company here a couple times and they couldn't solve the issue. Called several HVAC repair places this morning, only Riverside would come today. Took them a short while to diagnose the issue. I'm impressed.

Gavin and Randy were awesome. They came after hours on the Friday of Labor Day weekend. Thank you so much for saving the day.

GAVIN AND RANDY Were my Technicians, Vety knowable. They answered every question and made suggestions on how to Keep my Unit running smoothly. I would recommend them highly. They were Very Kind and considerate, They were actually a few minutes early for the Appointment. They showed me exactly what was wrong with the AC. Unit. Show me the readings it was putting out and what it was supposed to be. My Condenser was Bad. And the Coils needed to be cleaned, air was not circulating, putting a strain on the Unit. I Highly Recommend this Company.

Quality of service shouldn't necessarily be measured by the one and done method, but by the service providers willingness to see that the job is done and is done right. The technician from Riverside H&AC had a great positive attitude and was spot on with his diagnosis and repair. No "lets try this," he got the job done and we really appreciate his hard work. If I need HVAC work again I WILL call Riverside Heating and Air Conditioning

If I could give more stars I would! Michael responded 5 mins after I put a request in online that my unit outside was not working, and was at my house early the next morning. Once he arrived, problem was diagnosed in 5 mins, and then fixed 5 mins after that. With his level of experience he was able to see right away what the problem was. This is the second time using this company and both times the service was amazing! They come to do a job and do it well!!!

We had Gavin and Randy out to our home recently to complete a maintenance visit and couldn’t have been more pleased. They were both knowledgeable, straightforward and easy to talk with. I would recommend them and Riverside/Seaside for any of your HVAC needs.

House has been 87 degrees and miserable. Called Thursday morning and they sent someone out that afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and found the issues right away. I decided to buy a new unit due to the costly repairs on a 10+ year old unit. He installed window units in our bedrooms temporarily and sent a crew out next morning to install the new AC unit. They showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. They listened to my concerns and made sure I was satisfied with the install before leaving. Definitely recommend!

New customer - first time visit. I signed up for the $15/month to have them service my unit 2x a year. My tech Michael was great. Arrived on time, knowledgeable. Explained to me the process and steps he was taking. Pointed out areas of concern and very informative. I didn’t feel like he was coming for force a sale. Feels good to have my unit cleaned up and checked on. It’s a 19 year old unit. Hoping to get 19 more good years lol

Justin came out and helped get us situated, he was fair, concise, and respectful. Randy and Gavin have installed two units for us now, mine last year and now my mother’s. Excellent customer service, they take great care with everything and do an amazing job. Always a pleasure doing business with this company and will highly recommend them to anyone. 10/10 will be doing business with them for years to come.

Called yesterday because I needed smart thermostats installed. Gavin and Randy showed up today and completed the job in no time. Really appreciate that.

Fan motor bearings were making a lot of noise. Replaced motor, serviced unit, replaced capacitor and cleaned outside unit. Very professional technicians, quick response and provided repair options.

My air stopped cooling in middle of August on a Saturday night. I called in the morning and Andy and Gavin came out within hours on Sunday when many other companies wouldn’t and fixed the issue in about 10 minutes for a very reasonable price. They were very respectful and explained to me what the issue was.
