Riverside Heating and Air were very prompt in giving us a competitive estimate for a replacement air conditioning unit, even giving a discount off the estimate.Once we chose them, they scheduled us right away. They showed up early and worked all day in the heat. They were courteous, efficient and thorough. They even did some extra work at no charge. They cleaned everything up on their way out the door.i would highly recommend this team, Matt, Anderson, Dylan and David.

I have been in construction and maintenance for 45 years. And have had first hand experience with contractors of all the trades. Since moving to GA. its been difficult to find good contractors. From start to finish Riverside gas been one of the good ones. David and his crew was professional and couteous installing my HVAC system. I will always call them moving forward.

When my AC quit in the super hot middle of summer, Riverside got a tech out first thing in the morning and got my house cooled off asap. Prices are incredibly reasonable, especially considering how fast they fit me in. Can not sing enough praises!

Riverside Heating & Air is amazing! They are super reliable! I am pretty sure we had the whole crew - Dylan, Gavin, Mike, Matt, Anderson, & Justin come out to both replace & service units. They have proven to go above and beyond, always on time, and great communication! My husband & I highly recommend them!

Reviewing after 5 months, Riverside was great! Competitive price, 3rd party duct cleaning, Texstar unit to replace downstairs unit in crawlspace. The lead Matthew even had pointers on improving crawlspace moisture barrier and control. They also do our maintenance. Definitely recommend.

The original technician that came out diagnosed our problem and unfortunately we needed a whole new system. Even though we needed a new system the staff at Riverside Heating and Air Conditioning were very helpful and offered us different financing options to make sure we had the best option for us. The installation team arrived on time and did a great job removing the old unit, installing the new unit and cleaning up behind themselves. Everyone we dealt with from the beginning until the end was very friendly and helpful. If you find yourself needing your heating and air conditioning unit serviced or replaced I would highly recommend them.

Our very old (25 year old) upstairs air conditioner had been sustained by Riverside well beyond its expected life, but it finally gave up the ghost. Riverside gave us an excellent deal on a 17 seer replacement, and had the install scheduled in two days. The polite, professional crew, ably led by Matthew, arrived on schedule, and completed the outdoor/attic work unobtrusively, and left no mess. Of note, when energized, the outdoor unit was malfunctioning. They did some troubleshooting and determined the unit was faulty. They were out first thing the following morning with another brand new replacement. Matthew left his number and a guarantee of personal service. We could not ask for more than that. Trust Riverside to take excellent care of your air conditioning needs!

We really appreciate the work that was done to install our new Heat pump. They were able to come right away and do an estimate. The installation was also very prompt. We would definitely recommend them.

After a brand-new HVAC unit was installed by another company in September 2025 it never worked properly. Despite repeatedly raising concerns, the issues were not fully investigated or resolved. Riverside Heating and Air stepped in, truly listened, took my concerns seriously and continually followed through until the issue was resolved. Which was replacing the faulty unit with a new unit today. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing things right are exactly what set them apart. I highly recommend Riverside Heating and Air for their excellent communication, integrity, and professionalism throughout the entire process.
