Highly recommend Riverside Hearing & AC. They are the best at responding and the fastest out of every company in the area. The technicians are very knowledgeable and know exactly what to do and will talk to you every step of the process before doing anything. I had Randy and Gavin come out on an emergency call on a Saturday night. They got here so quick and immediately diagnosed the issues with my HVAC and why it wasn’t cooling. Got it all fixed up and done in an hour or less. These two gentlemen really went above and beyond. They also had the best sense of humor. I’ve been hiring them steadily since 2021 and I cannot recommend them enough to everyone.

This system became inoperative a few months ago.The company sent out Dylan for an installation proposal. Dylan listened to and answered all my questions with professional clarification. Once we made the decision to replace the previous system, the front office staff was immediately contacted.Additionally, the office staff were professional, as well. The office staff expeditiously resolved our issues, with absolute patience and kindness. Now that replacement is complete, we could not be happier.The installation was done by Randy and Gavin. In my opinion, they were the Best Duo ever. They demonstrated pristine craftsmanship, during the entire installation process for our system.Furthermore, Randy and Gavin were professional, courteous, and explained the repair process in detail. The team also offered helpful maintenance tips for keeping our system running well. By the way, my statement is based on my observation of the installment of the new system, we couldnt be more elated by their professionalism and the operation of the new system.If you need reliable AC repair or replacement, I highly recommend River Side. The entire company has earned our trust, based on this experience. This company will be our go-to for all HVAC needs.

I used Riverside Heating and Air to replace my old HVAC unit after my neighbor had recommended them. The pricing was very competitive and they were able to complete the work quickly.

We needed an air and heating unit because o Hurricane Helene. We held off as long as we could, then we called Riverside Heating and Air. Dylan came out quickly gave us an estimate and worked really hard to get us scheduled. Dylan and Andrew came out and put the air conditioning unit in. They did a five star job! The heating unit will be put in soon and I am positive that it will be done as well as the air. Do not hesitate to call Riverside. Everyone there is excellent! Would recommend Dylan and the rest of the employees anytime.

We are repeat customers of Riverside Heating and A/C. We just had a new unit installed by Dave, Dylan, and Anderson who were on time, courteous, and very professional. Did a great job on the work and cleaned up afterwards to make sure no little pieces were left behind for our kids to pick up. Very happy with the service we received!

I got off work after a hot day and arrived home to a house at 88 degrees. I called Riverside heating and air and was contacted promptly by a father-son team that not only arrived quickly but fixed my problem for a very fair price. Mr Randy and son Gavin were able to identify the issue and had the part ready to go on the truck for the repair. Would HIGHLY recommend them for any heating or AC repair. I called on a Sunday when my AC unit stopped working, Gavin and Randy came out quickly and were able to fix the problem. They were very professional and polite.

100% would recommend! They are dependable, helpful and foremost, trustworthy. Going through the AC being off is one of the hardest things as a parent in summer heat, but they offered a window unit temporarily to help keep us comfortable, spent hours trying to find the true problem to reduce our costs, and have shown to be worth the call. Will forever be giving them our business from this point forward.

Glad to see Justin after 2024. Riverside forgot us in the meantime. I suddenly remembered that we have a maintenance agreement. Called and spoke with Ally and lo and behold Justin was here. He has done a lot of work before and is very dependable.

Everyone was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and transparent about the issue with our AC system. They took the time to explain everything clearly and provided several options for repairs without any pressure.
