This is my second time leaving a review for Riverside Heating and Air Conditioning because they truly deserve the recognition. Once again, I was very impressed with Michael Williams outstanding service and quick response time. When my downstairs AC system started acting up, He arrived promptly, quickly identified the issue, and had it fixed in no time. His professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail continue to exceed my expectations. It's such a relief knowing I can count on them when something goes wrong. Highly recommend!

Riverside came to my parents house in Appling yesterday. They were prompt, friendly, and.... HONEST!!!! The issue was identified and they were honest about the fix. This company (and any other people) could have taken my parents for thousands of dollars. Thank you, riverside, for making forever customers instead of just trying to make a buck or rip people off!!

Gavin came out today to check my heat and AC units. He was very informative and helpful. He checked both my heat and AC units and helped correct an issue that was apparently missed by others. I appreciated that very much. My sister was so impressed she called and set up an appt for her house as soon as he left!

Just had a preventative maintenance performed by Riverside. A technician named Gavin arrived on time and quickly got to testing and checking out my A/C system. Gavin was so informative and answered all my questions about doing some of my own monthly maintenance on my system. Great company with friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Would definitely recommend them.

Justin came on a Sunday and fixed our AC! He was here for a few minutes and my family could not be happier with the service! Thank you Riverside!

Extremely professional and knowledgeable

The guys were prompt, kind and quick!

Had an issue with my HVAC and was able to get a technician out to my house the same day. Michael came out and quickly found the issue. Took his time and explained and showed me exactly what was wrong. Came back 2 days later after Sheetrock was removed, quickly fixed the issue. Technician arrived at set time, worked hard, and treated my home with respect. Definitely will use again next time I have a problem.

Outstanding experience. Riverside replaced both the HVAC systems in my house and did a great job at a very competitive rate. Install went smoothly and significantly improved the HVAC for my home. Highly recommend.

They have competitive pricing/lower cost than others, are reliable, and easy to get a hold of. Matt is great and even inspected my system after the hurricane. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service, no nonsense, fast and efficient. Matt did a phenomenal job, answered all my questions and helped make the entire process easy for me. I did not feel like I was being sold something I did not need nor did I ever felt pressured into buying. We told him we wanted to go with them on Monday and Wednesday I had a new system to keep my family comfortable. 100% recommend to anyone in the market for a down to earth no hidden agenda company. Best and most responsive hvac company hands down. After numerous companies telling me the first day they have available to send someone out would be a week away or more, riverside heating and air sent someone out and Justin was great. Very to the point and informative and got us back up and running in no time.
