Quick response, excellent qualified technicians, and honest service. Justin was the technician who did a great job, cleaned up when he was done and wasted no time diagnosing the problem. He had the replacement part the next business day and was at the house as early as possible.

The blower on our system went out in the afternoon and Riverside was here the next morning. They diagnosed the problem and replaced the fan motor quickly. Excellent service.

Riverside Heating and Air Conditioning have been my go to for heat pump maintainance. Gavin is the tech that normally services my equipment and is always courteous and knowledgeable. I also recently had a soft start installed to my heat pump. There is a huge difference in my electric usage. I recommend this locally owned company to anyone looking to service their HVAC.

Justin came to our home to diagnose our air unit, he was great! He took his time to listen and check everything on the unit until the problem was solved. I Will definitely recommend Riverside Heating and Air to all family and friends.

We at Llama Llawns,llc accidentally cut a line on an air conditioner while servicing a client, so we called Riverside Heating and Air. Their technician, Justin, showed up within an hour and immediately took care of the issue. He worked quickly, efficiently, and was very professional and friendly the entire time. We really appreciated how smooth the whole process was. We highly recommend Justin and Riverside for any HVAC needs!

When my AC quit in the super hot middle of summer, Riverside got a tech out first thing in the morning and got my house cooled off asap. Prices are incredibly reasonable, especially considering how fast they fit me in. Can not sing enough praises!

I was experiencing issues with my 24 year old AC unit and kept getting denied by Select Home Warranty. Home warranties are such a scam. They would do anything so they wont have to pay for any major repairs or replace them. Both of my neighbors use Riverside Heating and Air Conditioning so I decided to call them. Matt came out to my home and identified the problem. I needed a new coil but they no longer had the part for my AC unit. I purchased a new HVAC system and had it installed 72 hours later by Joe, John and Gavin. They were all professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough with their work. I will be signing up for their maintenance service plan in six months. Canceled my home warranty and decided not to pay anymore premiums and just put it in my savings account for future home repairs and replacement costs.

Owen is a great technician. He came out after hours, diagnosed and fixed my issue to keep my family and I comfortable in this summer heat. He was very knowledgeable, personable, answered all of my questions, and provided superior service. I will definitely be recommending this company and Owen!

Owen came to our home at 6:00 AM this morning and got our A/C running and came back later that afternoon and replaced a board on the outside unit. Thanks for the good work.
