Amazing service, the guys that came out did an amazing job and did not leave until everything was put back they way they found it! Could not have asked for a better company to come and do work for me! They were polite and patient, even with my attic being 135 degrees, we supplied them with plenty of water and liquid IVs, thank you all again!

Wow! These guys are awesome! Randy Gavin came out at 11pm to repair my AC unit. I was impressed by their commitment and quality of service. And I don't impress easily. It was my first time using Riverside and definitely recommend this company to everyone!! Thank you guys for cooling us off

Our AC stopped working on a Monday, they were able to have someone out to look at it the next day, and replaced the entire unit by Thursday. The guys were all very respectful of my home and towards me and my dogs. They did an amazing job in an EXTREMELY hot attic, our new unit runs so smoothly. I’m so glad we called them!

Gavin and Randy were very courteous and explained everything during the process and about warranty of equipment. They were punctual and offered other maintenance services the company offers. Very happy with this company

Randy and Gavin Cottone we’re at my house on a Saturday when I had a problem with a mini split. Essentially same-day service. Extremely friendly and professional. Quick and efficient. Very fair pricing. I will definitely be calling them back

Matt, Dylan and Anderson did a great job installing a new split system in our house. Prior the install Mike refilled the freon to hold us over until the new system could be installed. Easy payments and fast invoicing right to your email. When our unit first went out on the weekend they had the fastest response time, and provided same day service. We are happy to have found Riverside Heating and Air, we will definitely be long-term customers and recommending them to our neighbors and friends.

Called them on a Thursday evening after hours when the AC upstairs went out in July. They were here within 30 minutes and had us up and running again in less than 20 minutes. The price was super reasonable, too, consider it was an after hours call! I am so grateful that they came out after hours and took care of business! They will forever be our HVAC company now as long as we are in the Augusta area!
