We at Llama Llawns,llc accidentally cut a line on an air conditioner while servicing a client, so we called Riverside Heating and Air. Their technician, Justin, showed up within an hour and immediately took care of the issue. He worked quickly, efficiently, and was very professional and friendly the entire time. We really appreciated how smooth the whole process was. We highly recommend Justin and Riverside for any HVAC needs!

I was experiencing issues with my 24 year old AC unit and kept getting denied by Select Home Warranty. Home warranties are such a scam. They would do anything so they wont have to pay for any major repairs or replace them. Both of my neighbors use Riverside Heating and Air Conditioning so I decided to call them. Matt came out to my home and identified the problem. I needed a new coil but they no longer had the part for my AC unit. I purchased a new HVAC system and had it installed 72 hours later by Joe, John and Gavin. They were all professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough with their work. I will be signing up for their maintenance service plan in six months. Canceled my home warranty and decided not to pay anymore premiums and just put it in my savings account for future home repairs and replacement costs.

Owen is a great technician. He came out after hours, diagnosed and fixed my issue to keep my family and I comfortable in this summer heat. He was very knowledgeable, personable, answered all of my questions, and provided superior service. I will definitely be recommending this company and Owen!

Owen came to our home at 6:00 AM this morning and got our A/C running and came back later that afternoon and replaced a board on the outside unit. Thanks for the good work.

Riverside has been my too go company ever since Hurricane Helene… very professional but personal and compassionate. Mr. Gavin and Mr. Craig came out and relocated the thermostat. I have a special needs daughter. I needed out of sight and mind. They worked hard and got it done. Kudos!!! Ally is the best customer service representative!!! I would recommend them highly!

Our upstairs air conditioner unit went out this past weekend, by Sunday it was 92 degrees. I called Riverside and a technician was here super fast! Unfortunately, we needed a whole new unit which we were able to schedule for the next day(today). They came early this morning and worked in this dangerous heat to get the new unit installed. They explained everything they were doing and I tried to keep them hydrated. They were all great and we will always use Riverside Heating and air! Thanks to Gavin, Owen, Craig, David Williams, Matt and I know I am leaving one out but they all worked so hard and fast to get it done and it is now a comfortable 74 upstairs. Thank you all!

My ac went out on Sunday morning I called the office and they had Michael call me back he came to my house and had my ac up and running in no time and at a great price I will definitely recommend them to everyone
