Fantastic service, no nonsense, fast and efficient. Matt did a phenomenal job, answered all my questions and helped make the entire process easy for me. I did not feel like I was being sold something I did not need nor did I ever felt pressured into buying. We told him we wanted to go with them on Monday and Wednesday I had a new system to keep my family comfortable. 100% recommend to anyone in the market for a down to earth no hidden agenda company. Best and most responsive hvac company hands down. After numerous companies telling me the first day they have available to send someone out would be a week away or more, riverside heating and air sent someone out and Justin was great. Very to the point and informative and got us back up and running in no time.

I was in need of a general tune-up/maintenance service for my HVAC system as it had been several years. After calling a few different places, I settled on Riverside as they took the time to speak with me and explain what services they could offer and when they could come out. Justin came out and did a fantastic job. He was prompt, very polite, and he was able to show me any findings and explain what he was doing. He was very thorough and did not shy away from answering questions. In the future, when I need a new HVAC system, I do plan on using this company as I feel like they are honest and able to give me the peace of mind when I have to spend that kind of money. Thank you Riverside, Justin, and crew for your help!

Our outside A/C unit wasn’t working, and Justin came by and fixed it for us. Very helpful and got our home cool again!

The technical was very professional. Joshua provided excellent customer service and went above the call of duty to explain what was wrong with my HVAC. Joshua is the technical I would recommend to other customers because you can tell he takes pride in providing the best service to customers. Their tech Justin came by to help us with our heater. It had been a year since someone had lived in our house, and the pilot light needed to be relit. He came by, did the task and charged a very reasonable amount for the simple service, while being great the whole time. 10/10, give him a raise

Shout out to Riverside H&C. Particularly Joshua who assisted me over the phone to get my unit back on. A power switch that had inadvertently been cut off was the problem. Joshua walked me through the trouble shooting of why units thermostat was not on.Thanks to Riverside Heating & Air!

I just moved to the area from Fl, to a house with no working heat (surprise) and it snowed the same day! Josh was amazing, came out got the heat working, helped me remove the battery from a rogue house alarm AND a beeping firm alarm. Climbed a ladder and switched the direction of the vents to improve air flow. He explained that he would have to order a part to completely fix the unit. While waiting on the part the heat went out again. I let him know and without hesitation he made time to come by after hours to get the heat back on. I think saying he has gone above and beyond may be an extreme understatement. In addition he was extremely polite, friendly and professional. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Definitely recommend this company to anyone in need service.
