We had our regular semi-annual service performed and the technician found a pretty significant leak and recommended a unit replacement. I was having surgery the next day and asked them to charge it up and see if we could stretch it a few more weeks. He did, and the day we got home from the hospital, it decided to kick the bucket. They came out the next morning and charged it up again in hopes it would make it thru the weekend. They installed a new unit the next Monday and were done by about 1:00 that afternoon. All the technicians were extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. I also appreciated them working with me to limp the old unit along until we could get the new one installed.

I had a complete new split system installed to replace the old., David and his techs Matt and Anderson made the process easy and very quick one day service. Great people, prompt on time courteous service. I highly recommend Riverside Heating and Air Conditioning for any new hvac installations and hvac services.

I have been in an enclosed office since 11/01/2024 and summers are horrible with no A/C in this small and enclosed office. Randy and Gavin saved the day! They had the old duct work taken down and the new put up and ran to my office within an hour! This summer isn’t going to be so bad now thanks to Gavin and Randy at Riverside Heating & Air Condition!

Fast service excellent

Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for a better installation team, they explained everything well. We're very friendly course. My dog thought they were here for her and they loved on her, which was awesome. They did awesome work, went above. My expectations got everything remounted. How it's supposed to be mounted and answered every question that I had with the setup in with high accuracy?We will be using riverside for the foreseeable future.For any h v a c work, repair or installation.

Anderson and Matt did a great job installing a brand new hvac today. They had the best price point in town, and install was a breeze. They made sure everything was clean and tidy and put back together before leaving, and explained how to use the new system.

The team they sent, Randy and Gavin, went above and beyond what we expected. All through the process they explained what was being done, asked if we had any questions, were very courteous and professional, and cleaned up when the job was done. Riverside does my annual maintenance before summer each year. They are always prompt and leave the property just as they found it. Justin explained everything he was doing and helped put together a quote for some future work I wanted done as well.

The gentlemen that came to replace my ACs were very respectful, professional and knew exactly what to do. They did the work cleaned up EVERYTHING!, and vacuumed all the areas they walked through and worked. I am very impressed by their work and very thankful for an amazing group of people.
